该工程毗邻中共一大会址，是典型的上海石库门弄堂建筑。1999年起，公司开始对约2万平方米的各类房屋进行了大规模的修复，使这批建造于二、三十年代、凝聚着海派文化及地域历史的建筑，重新焕发了昔日的风彩。

　　The project is adjacent to the museum of Chinese Communist Party Birth Place. It is typical Chinese "Stone Gate" house-block. Starting from 1999, the old houses over 20000 square meters were renovated. This made those nineteen twenty's or thirty's houses, which symbolize of Shanghai culture and local history, regain their original mien.
