上海美达建筑装潢工程有限公司成立于1957年7月，是一家有着四十多年施工经验的建筑老企业。公司目前具有房屋建筑工程施工总承包一级、建筑装修装饰工程专业承包一级的施工资质，同时公司还具有对外经济技术合作业务经营权和中建协质量体系认证中心认定的ISO9002质量保证体系获证企业。公司现有各类技术人员311人，其中高级16人、中级66人、一级项目经理12人。
凭借着丰富的施工经验和一批技艺精湛的施工队伍，公司在房屋建造和装修装饰施工领域里，先后承接不少具有一定影响力的工程项目，如：瑞金医院卢湾分院新建大楼、新世纪花苑10万平方米住宅小区、永业明德坊、仁德坊、建德坊、永业公寓小区等住宅楼建造工程，日本住友橡胶工业株式会常熟厂房一期工程，外滩3号楼改建装饰工程、和平汇中饭店改建装饰工程、上海美术馆新馆改建装饰工程、大上海时代广场室内装饰工程等等。这些工程项目中有不少还获得“白玉兰”“浦江杯”等优质工程奖。如：瑞金医院卢湾分院获上海市优质结构称号和获得“白玉兰”奖称号：永业建德坊住宅小区获上海市文明工地称号和上海市优质结构称号：仁德坊住宅小区3号房获得上海市“浦江杯”奖，5号房获得“白玉兰”

in July 1957. It is a state owned company in the area of Building
Constructing, Architectural Decorating, and Construction Engineering.
Approved by the Department of State Construction in February
1990, the company was recognized as the enterprise of Class
I in Architectural Decorating and Class 2 in Construction Engineering.
The registered capital of the company is 30,000,000.00 RMB.
The company has four sub-companies named Yong Shun, Yong. Zhen,
Yong Cheng, Constructing, and one design institute.
Shanghai Meida Construction & Decoration Co., Ltd is specialized
in indoor and out-door decoration, government listed building
maintenance and civil engineering design and construction. Over
a long period of time, the company always adheres to the quality
policy "be always considerate towards our client", and persists
on quality management. The company has obtained the certificate
of ISO9002 issued by Chinese Construction Committee Quality
Assurance Center, which ensures the achievement of our quality
standard.
Since 1994, Shanghai Meida Construction & Decoration Co.,
Ltd has been awarded many times of the honor of "Shanghai
Reliable Architectural Decoration Company" and
"Shanghai Good Credibility Enterprise". The project HE
NAN XIN ZHENG Tabacco Factory was awarded State Construction
Engineering LU BAN Prize. The Project XIN HUA LIAN Building
was awarded Shanghai Construction Engineering BAI YU LAN Prize.

by city and local government . In 1999,
approved by State Foreign Trade Department, Shanghai Meida Construction
